Little Wings Artisan Bread, Drysdale – Town Planning advice right the first time!

David and Miriam made and sold their Little Wings Artisan Bread from their home as a labour of love. As the business grew they decided there was a need to scale up production and sales.

When David visited the Council to find out he needed to do he was told he needed a planning permit and the process was “simple”. David attempted to navigate the town planning system himself.

After hitting confusing roadblock after roadblock David decided it was time to bring in a professional town planner.

The team at The Planning Professionals reviewed the planning provisions some things just didn’t add up! David didn’t need a planning permit!

A phone call by an expert town planner to the Council resulted in a refund of $1200 in Council fees. David and Miriam were able to begin fitting out their brand new premises, and start their exciting new venture.
