Another happy client – VCAT rules

A new client asked for our help after being confronted by a refused planning permit for five townhouses in Highton, Geelong.

Despite being in a Residential Growth zone, the Council rejected the proposal for the two storey units. We took the matter to VCAT, sitting in Melbourne, and achieved a successful outcome with a planning permit being issued without any adverse permit conditions.

The Tribunal aplauded our planning based  arguements particularly in relation to Dwelling Diversity and Housing Choice.

This is just another example of how we help our clients get things done.
